Our massage therapists may have training in massage techniques that are not listed (i.e. Cranial Sacral Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, etc.). If you have a specific type of massage that you are looking for, please email or call for more information about our therapists.
Dionysus Massage
Highly trained technicians will customize your massage to your needs. Assessing your Elemental Qualities will also let us customize your experience on other physical and emotional levels. You may also reserve “time” instead of a particular massage and let your therapist chose for you based on needs.
Consider a shampoo/finish after your body services should you need to look your best after your relaxation experience.
Take advantage of our sauna/facial masque add-on. This will loosen the muscle tissues and relax your mood while giving your skin a great vitamin and antioxidant treatment. The refreshing shower will further relax you either getting you ready for your massage or stimulating you for your day.

Aveda Chakra™ Balancing Massage
An innovative treatment that focuses on the chakra centers using a variety of massage techniques. The treatment features the Aveda Chakra™ Balancing Blends with deep tissue massage on the back and spinal muscles, a Chakra™ Reflexology Massage for the feet, and Chakra™ Energy Work. In addition, you will be guided through a meditation to enhance the benefits of stress relief, decreased muscular tension and increased energy.
Aveda Hydrotherm™ Massage
This massage is performed on two warm, water-filled pads. The warmth relaxes those tight areas, increases circulation while taking pressure off of the spine. If you’re looking for something different or if you are cold natured, this is for you.
Not recommended for those with high blood pressure, diabetes or thin blood issues.
Aveda Fusion Stone Massage
Experience the aromatic power of Aveda Pure Flower and Plant Essences fused with the sensation of warm, smooth stone massage. Your chosen aroma will encompass the senses while opposing sensations of warm and cold stones combined with massage techniques balance, soothe, and invigorate your body.

Utilizing the Aveda Hydrotherm™ techniques, this massage focuses on mom-to-be and the challenges of pregnancy. Techniques ready the body for delivery and remedy the everyday tensions of low back, hips, shoulders and feet. Therapists have been trained in the physiology of pregnancy and safety precautions.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A light touch therapy that centers on the fluid layer of the body that cleanses and detoxifies the blood stream. Numerous advantages to this massage: pre and post cosmetic surgery for swelling and bruising, depression, cystic breasts, stress, etc. Try something completely different, feeling an exuberant stimulation of your immune system.

HOW TO SPA:
Sauna is available provided that a paid sauna service is not scheduled.
Guests should arrive 10-15 minutes early to change into robes and put their things away so that your service time is not used for this.
We want to provide a relaxing environment to our guests. Our spa area is CELL PHONE FREE and no
young children please as there is no one to monitor them.
