Giftcards are transferable, but are not redeemable for cash. Giftcard purchases are not valid with any other discounts unless specifically stated. Giftcards are valid for one year from issue date and do not expire. Giftcards issued for a service are based on the current service value at time of purchase and will not be adjusted in the event of a service price increase. Giftcards issued for services are based on the starting price for the service; Dionysus service providers have varying service prices based on skill and experience level so the actual price of a scheduled appointment may be higher than the value of the giftcard; please make sure to inquire about service provider rates when scheduling appointments and paying with a giftcard. A giftcard recipient name must be provided at time of purchase to allow Dionysus to research gift cards if lost. Giftcards orders received after 5pm (CST) will be processed on the next business day.
